It was therefore with great pride that I delivered an Innovation Facilitation train-the-trainer session in August 2017. Working with professionals is always fun but working with truly motivated individuals is even better!
Taking innovation to heart myself the programme now includes a third day where we at Innovation Leaders can help facilitators run their first session and give on the stop feedback to help innovation champions improve their facilitation skills. Following a suitable gap from the training session itself, we help people prepare, run and review their sessions and even go over tools and techniques that they may have used for the first time.
